Research involves sourcing and comparing packages, negotiating rates with vendors, preparing your personalized travel proposal, and providing ongoing travel support after booking.Your travel advisor remains available to assist with changes, cancellations, travel mishaps, and other booking-related needs throughout your travel experience.

We conduct a preliminary review of your travel plans before beginning the full research and planning process. Our goal is to provide a zero-loss planning experience.If your travel request cannot be fulfilled in the form of a travel proposal based on your requested dates, destination, budget, or other stated preferences, you will have the option to adjust your travel details or receive a full refund of your service fee.

Travel inquiries are valid for 30 days from the date your customized proposal is emailed through our client portal. If your travel package is not secured within the 30-day window period, a new inquiry will be required to restart the research and planning process.

After you receive your proposal, each travel option includes payment plan details (if available). Payment plans are offered when the travel departure date is at least 45 days away, with final payment due 30–45 days before departure. Once your initial deposit is placed, your booking becomes active, and the rate is secured. Travel rates change daily, so securing your trip with a deposit protects you from price increases and avoids overpaying if you wait until the last minute. Travelers can then make future ongoing payments at their own pace up until the final payment date provided at the time of booking. All payment plans are monitored and managed by our travel agency to keep everything on track, ensuring a smooth and stress-free booking process.

The Lead Traveler/Group Leader submits the inquiry form and service fee for the group. The Lead Traveler receives the custom proposal and selects the final resort or package. Once selected, a private booking site is created for the group. Each guest uses the booking site to submit deposits and register individually. After booking, every traveler receives their own separate Client Profile for communication with the travel agency and trip management. Our agency manages the planning, reminders, updates, and details; keeping the group informed and the Lead Traveler stress-free.

Yes. Itinerary planning and excursion sourcing are included in our customized travel planning service. Please be sure to include any excursions, tours, and activities you’re interested in on your submitted travel inquiry form.Excursions, private tour guides, and activities booked through third-party companies are priced separately from your accommodations, airfare, and airport transfers.
