We proudly service hundreds of travelers across the globe. Submitting an official inquiry prioritizes your request within our planning queue and allows us to work one-on-one directly with you to provide consistent, personalized service throughout the planning process.
Submitting an inquiry also allows us to begin investing the time, research, negotiation, and effort required to design multiple travel package options tailored to your unique preferences.
You select your desired travel dates, departure city, destination, and number of guests. These trips are not pre-planned packages, such as our Instagram packages. Each itinerary is thoughtfully researched, price-compared, negotiated, and built from scratch to align with your specific requests while delivering exceptional value.
Each travel option is curated exclusively around the details you provide, giving you the flexibility to choose the package that best aligns with your travel vision once all components have been carefully assembled.
Our Customized Travel Planning Includes
• Up to three hand-selected, high-quality resort recommendations curated through expert industry knowledge and professional partnerships.
• Individualized booking assistance for every traveler in your group, ensuring a smooth, organized, and stress-free process for all guests.
• Payment management for each traveler, with each guest receiving their own secure client profile for easy access and updates.
• A customized group booking page, allowing guests to review package details, submit deposits, and secure their spot with ease.
• Reservation confirmation documents and welcome information provided upfront for all travelers.
• Dedicated support throughout your planning, including assistance with changes, cancellations, and general questions.
Proposal Turnaround Time
• Standard Trips: 3-4 regular days
• Rush Service add-on: 24-hours
Each inquiry provides the opportunity to request two (2) destinations:
• One (1) primary destination at the standard planning rate, and
• One (1) alternate destination at a discounted planning rate
To receive the discounted rate, the alternate destination must be selected at the time the inquiry is submitted.
We provide a zero-loss planning experience. If your travel request cannot be fulfilled in the form of a proposal, you will have the option to adjust your travel details or receive a full refund of your service fee.
Travel inquiries are valid for 30 days from the date your customized proposal is emailed. If your travel package is not secured within this period, a new inquiry will be required to restart the research and planning process.
After you receive your proposal, each travel option includes payment plan details (if available). Payment plans are offered when the travel departure date is at least 45 days away, with final payment due 30–45 days before departure.
Once your initial deposit is placed, your booking becomes active, and the rate is secured. Travel rates change daily, so securing your trip with a deposit protects you from price increases and avoids overpaying if you wait until the last minute. Travelers can then make future ongoing payments at their own pace up until the final payment date provided at the time of booking.
All payment plans are monitored and managed by our travel agency to keep everything on track, ensuring a smooth and stress-free booking process.
1. The Lead Traveler/Group Leader submits the inquiry form and service fee for the group.
2. The Lead Traveler receives the custom proposal and selects the final resort or package.
3. Once selected, a private booking site is created for the group.
4. Each guest uses the booking site to submit deposits and register individually.
5. After booking, every traveler receives their own separate Client Profile for communication with the travel agency and trip management.
6. Our agency manages the planning, reminders, updates, and details; keeping the group informed and the Lead Traveler stress-free.
Yes. If you need your travel proposal within 24 hours, Lotus Luxury Escapes offers a rush service option. Our standard turnaround time is 3–4 business days.
Selecting a rush service places your proposal at the front of our queue, allowing it to be prioritized for expedited delivery.
Excursion planning is not included in our customized travel planning services. Customized planning focuses on the core travel logistics of your trip such as airfare, resort or hotel accommodations, and ground transportation arrangements.
Excursion planning is available as an add-on service and this service is priced based on the number of days needed for day-to-day planning. For this service, we pair our clients with reputable, vetted tour operators based on the destination to ensure quality, safety, and a seamless experience.
