Completing this form does not process your payment immediately. Once submitted, it simply authorizes our agency to process the payment on your behalf. If you do not see funds taken out of your account immediately, please allow us some time to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW:

  • Payments are only processed during normal business hours listed below.

  • If you are submitting final payment on the due date, please ensure that you authorize your final payment during normal business hours. Final payments submitted after business hours are considered late and will not be processed until the following business day and pending automatic cancellation, as per supplier policy.

  1. You will select "Apply to individual balance" if you are splitting the total on your reservation with others and only want to apply your monies to your portion of the booking.

  2. You will select "Apply to the total balance" if you would like for your payment to be deducted from the full balance of all travelers.

Anti-fraud and Chargeback Clause

As a valued client of Lotus Luxury Escapes, we strive to provide you with a secure and trustworthy travel booking experience. To maintain the integrity of our services and protect against fraudulent activities, we ask that you carefully read and acknowledge the following Anti-Fraud/ Chargeback Clause:


1. Booking Accuracy: It is essential that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. Any inaccuracies may result in complications, including potential loss of funds.

2. Authorization: By booking through Lotus Luxury Escapes & their suppliers, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to use the payment method. If explicit permission is provided, we reserve the right to ask for this in writing upon payment authorization.

3. Chargeback Responsibility: In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you without prior communication with Lotus Luxury Escapes or their suppliers, you understand and agree that we may be required to provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to support the validity of the transaction.

 
4. Communication: If you encounter any issues, discrepancies, or concerns related to your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team promptly at 302-213-0020 or lotusluxescapes@gmail.com

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason or prior communication with Lotus Luxury Escapes or their suppliers is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any incurred costs, including but not limited to legal fees and associated expenses.

6. Compliance with Terms: By proceeding with your travel booking through Lotus Luxury Escapes, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.
